Hosting Platform API

Since the User Portal can't filter the sites list by WP core version, or sort by storage or bandwidth, it can be challenging to get an understanding of site usage without downloading the full CSV and analyzing the data elsewhere. Even more difficult when trying to analyze that data across multiple accounts in WP Engine. It would be helpful to see this data exposed in the API.

Would be helpful to be able to get a list of Backups for an install from the API. Use case: Pulling a list to put in a client report of the backups for the month. POST already exists and you can GET a specific backup, but a list of all backups is what I'm after.
