Gallery field - Hide/sort native image fields

In an ACF PRO gallery field, when I click on an image, I need to change the order of the native image fields (alt, caption) and remove the title.

It took me 30 minutes just to do these quick changes in your code. Here is my proposal (see image).

Hey Olivier Guilleux - thanks for the code and suggestion. I understand the need to remove the title, but why would you need to reorder the other fields?
