Currently, when viewing the overview of a site, the 'tag' icon indicates there are >0 tags, but the site notes icon doesn't indicate whether there are notes. It would be helpful to see at a glance any notes that might be relevant to the site. Expanding 2-4 tags would be good too. We need at-a-glance info.
