A user should be able to create an api key with fine grained permissions, up to their roles permissions(if enabled) vs an owner only being able to create owner api keys.

Hi Robert Put - I agree! I am the product manager on our team working on the Hosting Platform API, and this is something we talk about regularly.

We are putting together a plan to make this a reality. No ETA at this stage, but I wanted to say thank you for the feedback and confirm this is where we're headed.
