Custom sub-domain URLs
It would be nice if a custom URL could be used to continue branding, i.e. https://clients.agencydomain.com instead of https://agencydomain.sitesandservices.com
A lot of clients don’t speak English - we need different language versions of the invoices and initial emails to new clients.
Subscription Reporting by option
I'd like to see if there is a way to get a report - even it's just a .csv export - that lists all current clients on Flywheel, what they pay, and how they pay (monthly vs. annually)? I can seem to get that information out of Flywheel and would like to be able to see which clients are on older payment options, and the count of how many clients are at which tier. The support team was able to send me a one-time export, but I'd like to be able to this on my own.. Even better, if there was a report - on screen or printed - that shows a tally of each client, what they are subscribed for, monthly/annual billing (and amounts, etc) and then a master report so I could see which products/subscriptions had how many subscribers, etc. Leland
Ability to create a new invoice for a client based on an existing or previous invoice already issued
"One item that would be nice would be to be able to create a new invoice for a client based on an existing or previous invoice already issued. This would be a nice feature to be able to take any previous invoice for any client and use it as a template to create a new invoice for a new client." - Jason Bean
Client reminders for invoices
Client reminders for 3 days before invoice due, on due date, 3 days after
Ad hoc price adjustments
It would be nice if we could make ad-hoc adjustments to prices on existing invoice items.
White Labelled SFTP
Add the ability for agencies to WL their SFTP domains so customers can access via SFTP clients.
Allow clients to have multiple payment methods
Every so often there's a client with multiple sites and they want to pay for each site with a different CC. Right now, the only option is to have them create multiple portal accounts, which is obviously not ideal.
Allow customers to choose not to send their clients emails when they cancel their Growth Suite plan
When the customers GS plan is cancelled, so are their clients subscriptions, so our system currently sends emails to their clients letting them know their subs have been cancelled. This alarms some clients thinking their hosting has been cancelled. Is it worth considering giving the customer the option to not have our system send these emails to their clients?
