Bugs: Norwegian characters and repeated plugins

The site reports don't seem to support Norwegian characters, at least in the report title. Instead of "Månedsrapport", we get "MÃ¥nedsrapport".
Also, the plugin list gets repeated instead of continued on the following page. I can provide screenshot of this as well if needed, through a private channel.
