Summary : Consider re-position of "Save" button on the redirects page in UP.

Context : A customer came into chat and had issues with a redirect not working, basically the redirect needed to be moved from the bottom position on the list up to position 159 (ish) . The customer knew this themselves and tried it but could not figure out why it would not stick and kept moving to the bottom of the list after a refresh. They were in chat for over an hour about this. Turns out the "Save" button at the bottom of this list was not hit after the redirect was moved to another position. For context, this is their redirect list. https://my.wpengine.com/installs/accesspartner/redirect_rules They did not see the save button as their chat box was blocking it, also as it hangs at the bottom it could be easily missed by a support agent aswell. Is there a way this could be made more visible.
