Client portal revamp

Please add basic site management tools to a client's portal access, for example Flush Cache (much needed!), run an additional backup, even basic stats, etc. For those agencies/resellers trying to remain private label it is impossible for a client to flush the cache of their own website.

Yes to this! I'd like my clients to have a dashboard that includes valuable metrics such as traffic 👏

Had a churned freelance GS because of the lack of ability to customize the client portal. I am reaching out for specifics and will update once I have those.

Harry Meister: Yes, I'd love to hear what they'd like within the portal. Thanks for capturing, Harry!

This might be similar to another vote elsewhere but I think this is one of the most important pieces to be a true suite vs a billing suite if that makes sense. For clients to login and see their sites, have a communication area that could work as a support area/project management area where thats how we communicate with each-other. Especially if we are providing maintenance it is where they are billed and submit their requests and where we would respond to their requests. Maybe they could see data on the site too and maybe "flush cache" or something. A tool that I shared before that has done this very well and Growth Suite could build upon and even better is spp.co (its a client portal, billing, and support/project management)
Here is a screenshot of a spp.co portal with the client view - https://d3oqlp0m7naeio.cloudfront.net/img/screenshots/2x/order-client.webp

Tyler Glover: Love this feedback! Exactly where we want to take it in 2021. Thank you for the details and the example. 🙏🏻

Tyler Glover: Does spp.co allow you to customize the client portal URLs? What do those look like?
Tyler Glover
Erin Olson: yes for sure. you can just use a sub-domain like what GS currently offers (example.sitesandservices.com) but then they allow you to do a custom cname so you can do anything like app.agencyname.com
Here is how it works -
