I have had an influx of customers emoting an "aha" reaction when I advise them to click the "black text on the sites page for your install"; OR "click the dropdown on the 'Sites' page to expand the installs on that 'site' and access those installs individually (prd/dev/stg)

I feel this will increase intuitiveness, be less confusing from a user experience perspective, and help bridge the gap in misunderstanding what does/does not transfer with copies/restores/migrations/etc.

This all might be a result of customers upgrading their plans in order to "create a staging/dev site", but not understanding our architecture. Might be worth looking into our platform metrics regarding similar cases/trends
