Please note that WordPress has an issue with characters in user names, regardless of Localwp . Example: 'name', Either quote is an issue which HTML code instead of the ' char. solves.
I got 403 and site stuck, until solution was found.

I've also go the error before, I believe it's Kaspersky Total Security that is causing it

This is under-voted. People quit from using Local just after install (when start getting these errors) before find this voting.

same problem here, want to try local again and ..... nope.
Have latin-ext "ł" in windows profile name :(
Can't provision any site.

Hi Connor Smith, thanks for the feedback! Can you share what your PC username is?
We do have some recent fixes that improve support for when an apostrophe is in the username.

I've had this issue for 6 months. Haven't been able to use local at all for my development process while there's been this bug unfortunately. It's a bummer because I tried everything to get it up and running again. I really liked the tool. I just hope it can get fixed so that I can go back to using it. I haven't found any better alternatives to local either.
